Your privacy matters. All face detection and image/video processing happens locally on your device. We do not upload, store, or access your photos or videos on any server.

You retain ownership of your content. You are solely responsible for the content you process and how you use it. By using the App, you represent that you have all necessary rights to any content you process.

The App uses artificial intelligence and machine learning technology for face detection. You acknowledge and understand that:

• AI technology is non-deterministic and results may vary between uses, even with identical inputs
• Face detection may fail to detect faces, detect faces incorrectly, or produce inconsistent results
• Performance depends on many factors including image quality, lighting, face angles, occlusions, and device capabilities
• AI technology has inherent limitations and cannot guarantee 100% accuracy
• Results that appear acceptable on one device or screen may differ on others
• You are solely responsible for verifying that all faces are properly covered before sharing or publishing any content
• We make no guarantees about the reliability, accuracy, or suitability of AI-generated results for any purpose

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not process content you don't have rights to
• Not use the App to infringe on others' privacy, rights, or dignity
• Not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

You acknowledge and accept that:

• Face detection technology is imperfect and may produce unsatisfactory results
• You are solely responsible for reviewing all processed content before use
• The App is a tool; you bear full responsibility for its use and any consequences
• Any decision to share or publish processed content is made at your own risk

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the developer, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including privacy or intellectual property rights
• Any content you process, create, or distribute using the App
• Any claim that your use of the App caused damage to a third party
• Failure to verify AI-generated results before sharing content

The App may use third-party services (Apple frameworks, etc.). We are not responsible for their performance, availability, or terms. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

• Prices and terms are displayed at purchase
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before renewal
• Manage subscriptions via Apple ID settings
• Refunds are handled by Apple per their policies
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice
• Update these Terms at any time
• Terminate your access for violation of these Terms

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the developer regarding the App and supersede all prior agreements.

Failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.

We are not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, except where prohibited by law. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits against the developer.
